The energy and support you feel when passing friends, family, and members of the community cheering you on along the course is unforgettable. The Steamboat Classic plans to fuel as much of this support and energy for our racers as possible, so we are introducing plenty of cheer stations on the 4 Mile course!

Who

We are looking for work associates, club members, church groups, athletic clubs, volunteer groups, etc. Anyone can band together and host a cheer station. We are encouraging all groups to brand their cheer stations (signage/flags/t-shirts etc.) as we will be asking racers who they liked the best as part of a competition.

What

We will provide every cheer station with a Bluetooth speaker to get the racers rocking. You can bring homemade signs and anything you believe will make your station stand out!

Where

Cheer stations will be spaced out throughout the 4 Mile course. Our goal is to host stations every quarter mile, ensuring racers are cheered on from start to finish.

Winner

There will be a best cheer station competition where we will be asking racers (in a post-race survey) which cheer station they thought brought the most energy and hype. The winner will receive $500 toward their organization or charity of choice!
