Cause for Celebration: Molly Huddle

In the spotlight this week for our Cause for Celebration series Presented by PNC is Molly Huddle!

Molly is one of the most decorated distance runners in U.S. history. A two-time Olympian, she holds American records in the 10,000m (30:13.17), 20K, and half marathon, and she was the first American woman to break 1:08 in the half.

Her collegiate career at Notre Dame saw her become a 10-time All-American, and her pro career has been just as dominant—earning 28 national titles across track and road events.

Molly represented Team USA at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, finishing 6th in the 10,000m in Rio and setting an American record in the process. Off the track, she’s also an advocate for women in sport and a voice for athlete empowerment.

We’re honored to celebrate Molly—a true icon in American distance running!
